Thanks to my family, I’m passionate about paella and have had the pleasure of teaching over 3,000 people how to cook a dish that brings people together. Born and raised in Valencia, I’ve worked both in restaurants and in teaching, which has allowed me to create a unique experience that goes beyond just a cooking class.
